Mr. Martin is a reputable commercial lawyer in the Nigerian legal community with expertise in dispute resolution and Insolvency. He is an acknowledged expert in corporate insolvency and restructuring in Nigeria, providing a wide range of legal services in contentious and non-contentious legal disputes in relation to banking and financial services, energy and immigration amongst others.

He is result oriented and laudably acknowledged for his astuteness particularly in high profile dispute resolution cases, representing both local and multinational corporate entities as well as High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) in complex commercial disputes revolving around Infrastructure, Construction and Real Estate, Foreign Investment, Joint Ventures, Debt recovery, Loan Restructuring, among other.

Mr. Martin joined the firm in 2019 and has since handled several prominent cases arising from various sectors of the Nigerian economy. He has also spearheaded the firm’s engagement with government agencies on behalf of its multinational and indigenous clients, regarding complex disputes and regulatory compliance issues.

He is an alumnus of The University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria (1983) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1984.
