Mitchel A. In his capacity as the lead for receivership suits and litigation in both the Northern region of Nigeria and Lagos, Mitchel plays a key role in the firm's strategic legal management. His expertise spans commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate governance, dispute resolution, insurance, business reorganization, and receivership.

Since joining the firm in 2012, Mitchel has made significant contributions, including his collaboration with the principal partner on a landmark receivership case involving a defunct cable television provider. The case, which resulted in the recovery of billions of naira for a leading financial institution, firmly established his authority in the field of receivership.

Mitchel has established a distinguished career representing financial institutions, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. Now leading his own team, he leverages his expertise to collaborate with these key stakeholders, focusing on the recovery of non-performing loans and securing specific performance of contracts.
